Real life
- We spent Saturday afternoon at our new friends’ farm – petting lambs, horse riding and we even took fresh eggs home!
- I’ve spent most of the week deliberating over my blog and even got my favourite highlighter out – haven’t seen it in years!
- I discovered during a photoshoot for my next Protest blog post that I can still do a handstand.
- Mornings have been for drinking coffee in the garden admiring the grass
- And one day I even enjoyed some alfresco dinning with my two lovely mum friends, minus any kids! Relaxing or what?!
Blog
- Mums’ Days Fit Club – Accountability – is this the final aspect of achieving your goals? I think it might be!
- MDFitClub Facebook Party – we had the second party on Wednesday and despite being convinced it would be a flop after the last one doing so well, it was brilliant! Loads more chatter and I feel more inspired than ever to really go for it. If you’d like to attend the next (and last before the holidays) Party, click ‘going’ here and join the other 31 people already signed up!
Inspiration
- 5 Essential Low-Alcohol Drinks – it’s a big day in our village tomorrow so I’ve been trying to find ways to ‘have a drink’ that won’t totally scupper my MDFitClub plans! Only five weeks until our hols…
- Turn your day around and how to say no with Alexandra Franzen – I love the Jess Lively Podcast but this particular show really stuck out as a keeper.
- A Surprise Wedding Cake – totally choked me up!

Home Schooling Crafty Mama – June Bucket List – what?!? I know, I’m a sucker for the bucket!
Mummy Fever – Caring for Long Hair I’ve been thinking quite a bit about my hair recently (mainly how to pep it up as it looks sad) so I found this post fascinating!
The Guiltfree Guide – 5 Tips for Repeated Problems with Your Children – I want Kirsten to come and live with me (like Super Nanny does for a week or so), so I can hear all the interesting things in her head and she can tell me everything is going to be alright!
This week I’m linking Accountability – the key to reaching your goal? and 11 tips for long car trips, and Aby is linking How to write a winning pitch and Being a blogger. What will you link up?!
